Hypnosis is a natural state of mind; people are often surprised that they hear every word and could get up and walk out of the room at any moment. Unless you enter a deeper state, you may not seem any different, just very relaxed.

What Is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is just pure focus, where you are in a heightened state or consciousness or mindfulness. During hypnosis you are in what some people like to call a trance like mental state or Theta brain wave frequency.

Will Hypnosis Work For Me?

It is important to remember that hypnosis is a willing state, you cannot be hypnotised against your will. The most common reason that therapy does not work is due to a lack of rapport with the therapist or that they are poorly trained. Always have a discussion with your therapist before your first session to eliminate any concerns.

How Many Sessions Of Hypnosis Will I Need?

Each client is treated as an individual case and all clients have different reasons for wanting therapy. With exception of the weight loss programme (where a minimum of 4 sessions are required), you can experience changes in just one session due to the rapid hypnosis methods that I use.
